GENERAL CONDITIONS OF REMOTE SALES TO BUYERS
1. OBJECT
The purpose of these general conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of goods offered by the Seller (SARL ALEPEO) to the Buyer on the website www.alepeo.com, here -after “the Site”.
These general conditions express the conditions under which the company ALEPEO hereinafter referred to as “the Seller” offers or ensures remotely and electronically the supply of well-being products and cosmetic products to Consumers under the conditions of articles L .121-16 to L.121-20-5 of the Consumer Code.
“Buyer” means any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via this website, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.
The Seller reserves the right at any time to modify these general conditions by publishing a new version which will be applicable to all orders placed after its first posting online on the site www.alepeo.com.
2- CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS
This contract is formed by the following contractual documents, presented in descending hierarchical order: the electronic order form; these general conditions. In the event of a contradiction between the provisions contained in documents of different rank, the provisions of the document of higher rank shall prevail.
3- IDENTIFICATION OF THE SELLER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OFFER
In accordance with legal provisions, the following information is specified:

4 – BUYER’S COMMITMENT
The site is freely accessible to all Internet users. By making purchases on the Site, the Internet user becomes a Buyer and must therefore respect these conditions as well as all the conditions provided for in the accessible legal notices.
Placing an order on the Site is governed by these General Conditions of Sale and corresponds to a contract concluded between the Buyer and SARL ALEPEO. When placing an order, the Buyer is invited to read the General Conditions of Sale. It is up to him to only check the box provided for this purpose as part of the order process after having read them and possibly having contacted ALEPEO by e-mail in the event of difficulties before validating his order. The box concerned is the one corresponding to the following sentence: “I accept the general conditions of sale and use of the site. »
Acceptance of these General Conditions assumes that the Buyer is of legal age and has the legal capacity necessary to enter into a contract.
The provisions of this article are supplemented by those appearing in the Legal Notices.
The Buyer declares to have read the general conditions of sale before placing an order and to have accepted them without reservation. No general or specific conditions appearing in the documents sent or delivered by the Consumer may be incorporated herein without the express written consent of the Seller.
5- ENTRY INTO FORCE – DURATION
These general conditions come into force on the date of electronic signature of the order form on the Website. These general conditions are concluded for the duration necessary for the supply of the purchased goods, until the extinction of the guarantees owed by the Seller.
6- ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
The Buyer's “double click” on the purchase order constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature; it being specified that with the first click, the Buyer confirms his order and that, with the second click, he definitively accepts it after having verified it. The order will only be recorded after the second click.
Any order signed by the buyer constitutes a firm and definitive commitment.
7- PROOF OF TRANSACTION
Computerized records, kept in the Seller's computer systems under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments made between the parties.
The archiving of purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as proof.
8- PRODUCT INFORMATION
8-a: The Seller presents on its site the products for sale with the necessary characteristics in accordance with article L.111-1 of the Consumer Code, which provides the possibility for the potential Buyer to know before taking the order definitively the essential characteristics of the products he wishes to purchase.
8-b: The offers presented by the Seller are only valid while stocks last.
